These terms explain Ashabee Global’s administrative role and the responsibilities retained by government authorities.
Ashabee Global provides administrative assistance only. The actual processing, approval and issuance of passports and other official documents are handled exclusively by the relevant government authority, including the Nigeria Immigration Service or Nigeria High Commission where applicable.
All decisions, processing timelines, appointment availability and document issuance are solely at the discretion of the responsible authority.
Once government fees are submitted, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be recovered by Ashabee Global. Service fees and inclusions are confirmed before booking.
Ashabee Global is not responsible for processing delays, sudden government policy changes, appointment unavailability, refusal or non-issuance.
Services, package routes and local biometric options may be subject to eligibility. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and the required original or supporting documents.
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge these terms and the administrative nature of Ashabee Global’s role.
